We want you to love what you buy — but since our products are made-to-order, we follow a transparent and fair return & refund policy.

📦 Return Eligibility

As each product is printed specifically for you, we only accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged or broken
  • Wrong product received (wrong design, size, or item)
  • Product has major manufacturing defect

(To prevent refund fraud you are requested to record an unboxing video and provide us in case of return request.)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Minor color variations
  • Incorrect sizing ordered
  • Customized/personalized products
  • Products ordered by mistake
  • Change of mind

⏳ Timeframe

Please raise a return/refund request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Reason for return

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

💰 Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

🚚 Return Pickup

If the product needs to be returned physically, we’ll arrange reverse pickup or share return instructions.
